Located in the plush Kalyani Nagar, this BBQ nation outlet does not fail to miss your eye. It credits itself as the first BBQ nation outlet in Pune and has a coterie of fans from young to the old and Indians to expats.
The hospitable staff greets you with a smile the minute you step into this artistic restaurant. The walls painted with dolphins and the fishing net hanging low from the roof top, makes you feel you’re on the high seas. The aroma of smoked meat gets your stomach rumbling while the creamy cajun spice potato and BBQed pineapple and mushrooms send you on a delightful journey through food! Not to be missed is their Malwani Tangdi and the munchy crackling corn that makes you hungry for more.
For the health conscious, they have an array of salads like the strawberry and chicken salad, the mixed seafood platter, prawn cocktail salad and lettuce salad among the few. Soup is neatly paired with dinner rolls and a dollop of butter.
The Murgh dum biryani is duly cooked and packs a punch with its shahi flavours. The murgh dil nawaz (murg makhani), mushroom ka fricasse , aloo til moongfalli korma and the dal makhani take you through a delectable journey of the great Indian cuisine.
For the ones who prefer Italian, they have a live Pasta counter dishing out red and white pastas.
The food not only appeals your taste buds but also your stomachs.
Equally appealing is their live band belting out romantic as well as not so romantic songs!
If you have a sweet tooth, you have an array of options from: blackforest patries, the delightful kiwi perfect cake, the angoori gulab-jamuns, phirnee, Pair any of these with their classic vanilla ice-cream with the delicious raspberry/apple/chocolate syrup for that perfect balance between hot and cold and that extra dash of flavor.
